Ex-CIA watchdog who retaliated against whistleblower part of Jan. 6 panel

David Buckley, who allegedly opened a "retaliatory investigation" against a CIA Office of the Inspector General special agent, was named to the House select committee investigating January's riot at the US Capitol.
