Biden is holding together the Democratic Party in Washington -- for now

Almost a year before Joe Biden was elected president, fellow Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez remarked in a New York Magazine profile that "in any other country," she and Biden "would not be in the same party."
