Former Minneapolis officers accused of violating George Floyd's rights to be arraigned

Derek Chauvin, the former Minneapolis police officer behind bars for the death of George Floyd, and the three ex-officers involved in the violent Memorial Day confrontation last year are scheduled to be arraigned in federal court on Tuesday.
