Accused thief who bailed out of rogue rig just before it slammed into a mobile home charged with murder

An alleged tractor-trailer thief who blew threw a stop sign while fleeing police faces murder charges as authorities continue to investigate after the truck smashed into a mobile home, killing a woman and severely injuring a man.
