Florida landlord accused of repeatedly exposing himself to drivers, among other sex-related allegations

A trial is set to begin next month for a high-profile Florida landlord who was repeatedly accused of unwanted sexual behavior. The allegations against Samuel Ramzi Boutros include four claims made by delivery drivers who said they showed up at the landlord's Kress building in St. Petersburg and found him naked.
