Parkland families settle lawsuit with U.S. government over failure to act on tips about gunman

Families of most of the shooting victims in the Parkland massacre in Florida in 2018 have reached a settlement with the federal government in their lawsuit over the FBI's failure to act on a tip that could have averted the massacre.
