Daunte Wright's girlfriend testifies she tried to staunch bleeding with a belt after he was shot by officer Kim Potter

Daunte Wright was "just gasping" after being shot while fleeing a traffic stop last April, as his girlfriend, a passenger in the car, tried to staunch the bleeding with a belt, she testified Thursday.
