Bronx DA drops rape charges against Rikers Island medic, blaming criminal justice reform

The Bronx District Attorney quietly dropped all charges against a former Rikers Island physician's assistant who was accused of sexually abusing four women inmates while working at the jail, the Daily News has learned.
