GM sold 26 electric vehicles last quarter but projects it will overtake Tesla by 2025. Elon Musk said GM has 'room for improvement.'

GM said it will have production capacity in North America for more than one million EV units by 2025. Tesla delivered more than 936,000 vehicles in 2021.
