Texas skydiving instructor dies in tandem jump: 'Both just kind of swirled down'

The victim, whose identity wasn't immediately released, suffered "severe" injuries in the tandem jump Saturday afternoon at Skydive Houston in Waller, where he was rushed to a hospital.
