Nevada man convicted for torturing and killing seven dogs eligible for parole after case reclassified as 'nonviolent'

A man convicted of torturing, killing and dismembering seven dogs will be eligible for parole early after his case was reclassified as "nonviolent" because his crimes were not committed against a human.
