Russia Says It Is Targeting Western Military Supplies in Ukraine's Kharkiv Region

Russia said it struck military equipment that Ukraine received from the U.S. and European countries, in what would be the latest move from Moscow aimed at disrupting the flow of Western weapons as its offensive in the east appears to have stalled.
