Most NYC drivers haven't bothered moving their cars due to alternate-side parking suspension: Dept. of Sanitation

Sanitation Commissioner Jessica Tisch said more than 50% of Big Apple drivers have stopped moving their cars altogether as a result of former Mayor Bill de Blasio's partial suspension of the alternate-side parking rules.
