Fed Up, Congress Considers Giving Coast Guard The Navy's Small Ship Funding

With the Littoral Combat Ship fleet in disarray, the Navy may entirely abandon small ships and the small ship mission-set. That's fine--as long as Congress passes all the Navy's small ship mission funding over to the U.S. Coast Guard.
