COVID-19 has pushed back efforts to stop TB, but even before COVID-19, rate of decline of TB new cases, and TB deaths, was not on track to be able to end TB by 2030. That is why a new Global Plan to End TB by 2030 was launched this week by the WHO and other global health agencies.
