Ukraine Accuses Russia of Hindering Access to Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Plant

Ukraine's state nuclear-energy company said Russian forces blocked foreign journalists from observing the visit by United Nations inspectors and limited the workers at the plant who could speak to investigators. Russia denied any obstruction.
