Elgin's A to Z Rentals closing after 69 years -- 'a tug-of-war between feeling great and feeling kind of sad,' owner says

After 69 years, A-Z Rentals in Elgin is closing. Owner Phil Stumme says he's ready to retire as he sees the rental business changing and was unable to find anyone who wanted to buy it.
