Texas begins arresting illegal migrants in Eagle Pass, as war with feds escalates

In the wake of his Border Disaster Declaration, Gov. Greg Abbott erected fencing around a park in Eagle Pass that had become a landing point for migrants crossing the river, and stocking it with members of the state's National Guard.
