Blackstone, La Caisse to Buy 25% of Air Canadas Aeroplan Loyalty Program

Asset manager Blackstone and Quebecs La Caisse pension fund have agreed to acquire a 25% stake in Air Canadas loyalty-points program for nearly$2 billion, which the airline said would help in its pursuit of an investment-grade rating.
